In an effort to bolster tax-advantaged savings, the IRS, with the help of other U.S. government agencies has developed a CD-ROM to help small businesses set up and maintain IRA-based retirement plans. The CD-ROM is a good, basic primer on IRAs for members in business and for practitioners with small-business clients.
"Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) Resource Guide for Small Business Owners and Individuals," contains information on regular and Roth IRAs, Simplified Employee Pensions (SEPs), SIMPLE IRAs, and payroll deduction IRA plans.
