To save printing costs, the IRS has decided to eliminate "Package X", the
annual, two-volume, package of tax forms and instructions. Forms and
instructions will still be individually available for download from the IRS
website
www.irs.gov.
Publication 1796, a
CD-ROM version of Package X will continue to be available from the National
Technical Information Service(NTIS) for $22 with no handling fee if ordered
online at:
www.irs.gov/cdorders.

handling fee.
